KanStra Travel - South Africa - Limpopo - Protea Bush Camp hiking trail report

The Protea Bush Camp hiking trail is situated in the Naboomspruit area on the Marken road. The camp consists of a well equipped lapa and two wooden huts. The camp is next to a game reserve so you might see some game. The two day trails go into the hills and across river beds, the terrain is not very difficult and suitable for the whole family to enjoy.

	Although there is no electricity the Protea Bush Camp has excellent facilities that include a gas fridge, cutlery, crockery and even bedding. Hot water for the shower is also provided. The lapa is very spacious and is equipped with an undercover braai area. This cosy place is ideal for events like New Year or a family outing.
